Mr. James R. Wiley, age 82, of Newport, passed away Monday evening, January 2, 2023 at Newport Health and Rehab. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Betty Wiley; sisters Martha Dalton, Maggie Blanchard, Mary Crowe, Dorothy Wiley, Harriette Shults and brother John Wiley, Jr. Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
