Mr Eugene H. Bradshaw

Mr. Eugene H. Bradshaw, age 91, of Del Rio, passed away Sunday morning, May 14, 2023 at his home. He was the owner and operator of Bradshaw Saw Mill for over 50 years. He was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Carolyn H. Bradshaw; daughter Sandra Bradshaw; parents Harley and Katie Bradshaw; sisters Pearl Burgin and Aletha James; brothers John E. Bradshaw, Hugh D. Bradshaw and Joseph A. Bradshaw. Survivors include his daughter Elizabeth Daniels of Del Rio; granddaughters Melanie Fine Reagan of Gatlinburg, Melina Gann of Parrottsville, Joshlyn Lopez of Newport and 7 great-grandchildren including special great-granddaughters Alyvia and Tyra. Additional survivors include sister in law Elaine Cogburn of Newport and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family would like to express a special thank you to Smoky Mountain Hospice, Jeff Grigsby, Amber Trentham, Jamie Moore and Charlie Grooms and to a special friend James David Martin. The funeral service will be held 6:00 p.m. Thursday evening, May 18, 2023 in the Costner-Maloy & Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Serving as pallbearers will be Bill Liebrock, Robbie Pierce, William Caryle, John Turner, Rick Cutshaw, Wade Burgin, Donnie Daniel and Jerry Fine. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. Friday at Stokely Cemetery for the 11:00 a.m. interment. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Thursday evening at Costner-Maloy & Brown Funeral home prior to the service.
