Ms Bobbie Ann Rathbone

Ms. Bobbie Ann Parton Rathbone went to her Heavenly home on April 20, 2023. She was born and raised in Cocke County Tennessee and lived her life as a homemaker. She loved deeply, her family and Jesus and she knew her Bible. She will be missed. Bobbie Ann was preceded in death by her parents Bartley and Mary Banks Parton; son Charles Lewis; daughter Arletha Morrow; daughter-in-law Karen Necessay Rathbone; grandchildren Clint Cody Roberts, Michael and Patricia Jones; brothers Junior, Lawrence, YJ and Billy Jack Parton; great great granddaughter Addelynn Cook and sister Lucille Woody. Survivors include daughters Mary Ann (Donnie) Jones of Del Rio and Alice Faye (Tom) Roberts of Michigan and son JR Rathbone of Newport; grandchildren Michelle Jones Cook of Parrottsville, Kaelee (Josh) Brockway of Texas, Dylan Roberts of Michigan, Andrew Rathbone and Courtney Rathbone (Chris McFalls) of Newport and Nema (Daniel) Johnson of Newport; great grandchildren Katelyn and Marissa Cook, Jaxsyn Lancour-Roberts, Caleb and Canaan Brockway, Ellie Allen, Gracie McFalls, Jeremiah, Zayla and Michael Johnson; great great grandchildren Kinsley, Kayden, Kyland and Kolson; sisters Pauline McClure of South Carolina, Becky Lowe of Bybee, Janice Parton-Pierce of Del Rio and Reva Dean Parton of Newport. The family would like to thank the staff at Tennova Convalescent Center and Costner-Maloy & Brown Funeral Home for all they have done to assist our family.
