Mr Billy Joe Holt

Billy J. Holt, “Grassy,” died on May 17, 2023. He was born June 1, 1939 to parents, Leon A. Holt and Gona D. Holt. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Dorsey Hood. He is survived by his sister, Shirley Holt/Hale (Roger), who live in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and by the two loves of his life, his daughter, Jane Ann Elrod (Jimmy) and his grandson, Chase Elrod of Farragut, Tennessee. Billy served in the U.S. Air Force as a radar specialist, in California and Japan. He came home to begin his career as a small business owner, known for his honesty and his financial abilities. His retirement years were filled with a love for NASCAR and the stock market.
