Obituary Mr. Billy Joe Hall, Jr., age 56, of Newport, passed away Friday afternoon, September 16, 2022 at Sacred Ground Hospice House in Knoxville.He was preceded in death by his grandmother Grace Busler; father Billy Joe Hall, Sr.; sister Donna Louise Clevenger and brother James Edward Clevenger.Survivors include his mother Thomasine Hall of Newport; sisters Phillysine Clevenger, Bonnie Clevenger and Carolyn Clevenger all of Newport; Additional survivors include several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Hills Union Cemetery with Rev.
